Dates have now changed for the conference and October 8, is no longer a conference day. With respect to Yom Kippur and upon the request of many attendees, we have changed the dates of the conference to the following: October 5, 6, and 7, 2008 Vancouver, B.C., Canada The pre-conference symposia is now part of the regular conference schedule and will be  no additional cost.
